The rooms were practical and beautifully maintained, with terrace. The location was perfect and excellent, just a short stroll away from Plaza de Toros Bullring. This hotel was in a fairly quiet area right by marina, Palma's downtown and the airport shuttle.

Pleasant and nice hotel located in a great area close enough to the ayuntamiento de mallorca, almudenia and the cathedral as well as the island and Palma. Variety of options for breakfast including bread, yoghourt, fruit, and cheese. Bright units on the higher floors.

The food at the restaurant was OUTSTANDING. The setting was quite particularly good within easy reach of Plaza de Toros Bullring.

Had breakfast in the restaurant, it was great affordable, truly enjoyed the food choices. The location was particularly good and unbeatable, relatively close to Plaza Espana.

The units were brand-new with balcony.

The location was great, only a short walk from the city center and easily accessible by bus and train. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us directions and recommendations for exploring the area. The evening meals at the hotel were excellent value for money and very tasty.

The walls were quite thin and we could hear noises from neighboring rooms which made it difficult to sleep. there was only one lift in the hotel and during peak times, we had to wait quite a while to use it.

the hotel was an easy base for enjoying a touristic area, near to cafes and restaurants that stay open late and on weekends, the cathedral and palace and a quiet neighbourhood about ten minutes walk to the old town. it was surely a very good stay for a short business trip.

Really enjoyed my very very good stay for a short business trip. It was practical, good-sized and on level 5. The great affordable breakfast had a wide array of meals and the food I tasted was fabulous. The staff were absolutely kind and accommodating and the location was ideal.

We had a great time at Abelay! The staff went above and beyond to assist us with our travel questions and even helped us find the best restaurants in the area. The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony and a great bathroom. The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance of Plaza de Espana, where we could easily access bus and train transportation. We also appreciated the value for money, as the hotel offered excellent facilities and service.

Location short walk to a residential area away from the party city as well as the main shopping street.

During trip everything was nice and we can't wait to come back. Its staff was pretty friendly and amiable. The location was perfect and excellent, at a walking distance from Plaza de Toros Bullring.

I was pleasantly surprised by the early check-in and luggage storage offered at the hotel. The location was convenient, not too far from the city center and close to the intermodal station. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. Despite the thin walls, the overall value and friendly staff made up for it. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Abelay and would recommend it to others.

An agreeably quiet location with agreeably quiet staff, reception were particularly good.
